Testimonials are a very important part of your site. It is the testimonials section that allows prospects to view first hand what your patients have to say about your practice, the service they receive and their general satisfaction. Tips on how to acquire testimonials and Patient Comment Cards are provided for your convenience.

About Us
Patients often want to know who they will see when they arrive. This site introduces the doctor and staff through individual photos and a brief bio on each team member.

Contact Us
This section gives the patient all the information they need to reach you including address, phone number, fax number, e-mail address and hours of operation. There is also an optional link to "Make An Appointment" where a patient can e-mail a request for an appointment.

Location
Major cross streets and a map of your location, courtesy of MapQuest, is included in this section. Hours of operation are also repeated in the "Location" section.

Frequently Asked Questions
This links to answers to questions frequently asked by patients.

Patient Education
This section links to a site that provides easy to understand, non-technical descriptions of proceedures. This section will be updated periodically with new information and categories.
